Remote work is our new reality. And while we settle into this new normal, HR teams can feel stretched thin due to overwhelming requests to recruit, onboard, offboard and wrap their heads around contingency planning for a fully-remote workforce. We recognize that many teams don’t have the time or resources to build these remote processes and programs from scratch. Ruum by SAP is sharing a free HR Process Package that is full of templates to help HR teams manage their processes for a number of functions in a remote environment including:

Anyone can access and edit the HR Process Package from Ruum’s Template Library. Simply log in to your Ruum account, if you don’t have one already, you can sign up for free. Then click the +New button, and select Ruum from Template. You can then find the templates under the HR Process Package category.
HR teams from businesses of all sizes can use these templates to solve for two pain points, first they reduce the workload for newly-remote teams who quickly need to adapt their processes. Secondly, they offer a collaborative platform for employees and employers to collaborate without having to be face-to-face.

Our internal SAP.iO team adapted one of the Ruum templates to onboard new employees and found it very helpful. “Collaboration is crucial during these uncertain times.
